Johnson Controls, the global leader for smart and sustainable buildings, has today announced a new series of fire alarm control panels: the ZETTLER PROFILE Lite range. The range’s integrated fire detection solutions are suitable for many small-mid range applications, and are well-suited to healthcare environments, commercial offices, industrial and manufacturing facilities, retail outlets and more.

A cost-efficient and high-performance range

The ZETTLER PROFILE Lite range uses the robust and trusted MZX Technology at its heart. MZX Technology was originally designed for operation in the most hostile of environments, making the system highly resilient to external factors such as electrical noise and sources of false alarm. In addition, the panels have been designed and built using the same hardware and software as the powerful ZETTLER PROFILE Flexible platform, which PROFILE Lite now joins with seamless compatibility to complete the range.

The panel range has been specifically engineered to offer increased loop capacity and the option to share loops. This provides greater flexibility in the system and reduces installation costs. The system combines ease-of-use with high performance, and through innovation brings lifetime cost benefits to end users, for example a 20 year lifespan for detectors before needing to be considered for a service change. All panels have full EN54-2 and EN54-4 BRE/LPCB approvals.
