Our customer was running an old, unreliable chiller that had reached end-of-life, and they needed an innovative solution that would be sustainable and reliable.

Through our AaS offering, we upgraded their 1 old unreliable chiller to 3 new VSD energy saving chillers. We did this through a tailored purchase subscription plan that spreads the cost of the equipment and a new service contract for a 10-year period. As a result, their system remains operationally reliant and continues to provide high-performance results throughout the 10-year service agreement.

By shifting the financial impact from a capital budget to a monthly operational expense, they could afford to invest in improvements necessary to remain competitive and sustainable. Energy savings are estimated between £5.5k and £7.3k per month, surpassing their monthly subscription costs.
